AA Freight offers transport services within the US and Canada. We provide an extensive range of truckload solutions. Our offerings encompass a variety of services, including drayage, flatbed, dry van, step deck, RGN, hazmat, high value and temperature-controlled options. For time-sensitive cargo, our expedited shipping options have you covered. From sprinter vans to dedicated driver teams, we find the quickest and most efficient way to move your freight.

Real-Time Tracking
KNOW WHERE YOUR SHIPMENT IS AT ALL TIMES. Your driver will be sent a tracking link, which they will accept up to 2 hours prior to pick up. We know it is important to you to be able to schedule your staff and to have your freight ship and arrive on schedule. We track it for you but we can also forward the tracking link to any number of emails requested.

Communication
By maintaining a manageable number of clients, we’re able to provide personalized service to each one. You’ll always know exactly who to contact for any questions, updates, or support—and we’ll be there, whether by phone or email, ready to respond promptly. Our service doesn’t end at 5 p.m.—we’re available when you need us. You’ll receive confirmation once your freight is safely delivered, along with the signed proof of delivery (POD) right away. Our drivers also know exactly who to contact if they run into any issues or have questions, ensuring clear communication and helping prevent missed appointments or unnecessary frustration.
Same-Day invoicing for easier job-costing
Your invoice will be forwarded to your accouting department and to any designated CC email requested the same day your shipment has delivered to help you complete your tasklist
Next-Level tracking
We use real-time tracking, but, we don't stop there. We still contact the driver at specific intervals via phone calls to ensure that he is on track for the agreed-upon delivery date and time. We get ahead of delays before they become a problem. Just because tracking seems to show he is on schedule, doesn't mean an exception hasn't occurred in the meantime.
Delivery scheduling
We call each and every consignee (or shipper if your freight is inbound to you), even if we have delivered to them a dozen times before. We verify receiving dates and times, confirm delivery addresses, ask if there are any special instructions for the driver, and let them know how their freight is arriving and if there are any special instructions they will need to be able to unload the freight when it arrives. We solve delivery issues BEFORE they are delivery issues. This saves time and money, and keeps your customers from experiencing challenges.

Karen acquired AA Freight Brokers, LLC in March 2020 after working with the company since 2013 as an account manager. Before that, she spent seven years as a manufacturing manager at a sign production facility in Tucson, AZ, where she handled transportation logistics for finished products. That experience gave her firsthand insight as a shipping customer. Combined with her years as a freight broker, Karen brings over 15 years of industry knowledge—making her exceptionally skilled at delivering top-tier customer service.

Loren's first experience with transportation was as an operator of a vehicle called a PLS (palletized loading system) in the deserts of Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Iraqi Freedom. Now, his friendly and thorough customer service skills help him to get your shipments handled proficiently and economically.
